“Surrounded by colours I float I float
Silver dust echoes through, remote remote
Gently carrying me on rivers and hues
Of lilac and pink and yellow greens and blues “

Greetings dear Brethren

My name is Kachina Aimee. I thank you for visiting my page!

I have always loved music and view it as the most amazing gift from God.  Growing up it was always a huge comfort and outlet for me and since being saved 3 years ago I’ve come to appreciate it even more deeply in relation to the worship and praise of Jesus.

As for my story; I was born to English parents in the USA; primarily Welsh on my Mothers side, her family was from Wales and  growing up with her I’ve always felt a huge affinity with the Gaelic languages, songs and history.  The Welsh are known for their beautiful clear voices; I often recall my darling Welsh Grandmother Philippa speaking about watching her parents sing old hymns with such grace and beauty. It was back in the UK that I played my first piano at a year old which belonged her side of the family.

More recently I’ve been truly fascinated to learn about the Welsh Christian revival that occurred in the earlier part of the 20th century.

 My Father Roger Woolger was from  Sussex and he was an avid reader Cathedral lover Opera enthusiast! Through him I gained a great love of literature, Classical music and the incredible Cathedrals and chapels in Europe !  He spent most of his life working in Psychotherapy, however he always had a strong love for Jesus.

    I was very blessed to grow up in between the beautiful Island of Kauai in Hawaii, the stunning mountains in Boulder Colorado and in the beautiful green English Countryside of Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire.

At 12 I learnt to play Classical Piano and fell in love with Music.  A few years later I started composing my own Music (mostly by messing around and improvising!) I also started writing Poetry. I have now weaved these two together into my passion! I blend together Piano, Cello, Harp, Flute and Singing.

Much of my Music has been inspired by the West Country of England where I gathered much inspiration from my Celtic roots, visiting often the stunning Welsh and Cornish Coasts and the forests of Gloucestershire.

More recently I lived back on Kauai one of the islands in Hawaii and had the privilege to raise my daughter Kalara Arayonwen (middle name Welsh meaning pure white sparkling)

It was there on Kauai right before my daughter turned two I felt Gods nudge to go to a wonderful church called Calvary on the north shore of Kauai.  I attended a few services which led to a strong encounter with Jesus and the Holy Spirit and got saved!

To say that that or better yet Jesus has utterly transformed my life would be an understatement.

He’s saved me in every way.

I feel so utterly blessed to be a Child of God and for the wonderful church families we made on Kauai.  A couple years after being saved I was introduced to the phenomenal teachings of Andrew Wommack the founder of Charis Bible college .

Then upon the tragic loss of my daughters Father came to Colorado to visit and see for myself .

From that visit came the utter conviction that God was calling me to come to bible college, so here we are back in the beautiful mountains of Colorado .

I don’t know the exact details of what God had planned …. But I do know that I serve the Father of lights and whatever He has planned. I’m all in.

I want to thank you so much for visiting my site and reading thus far

I pray that wherever you are you in this world, that you would come to know  Jesus.

God bless you

Kachina

The Lord your God is in your midst,
    a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
    he will quiet you by his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing.
